Complaints
Please read the following carefully if you have a complaint about traffic from the Tunnel 27 network. Some general points:- Before contacting us, please consider contacting the user directly (if possible) if you take issue with their online activities. This will often work to resolve an issue immediately without involving us (or worse, lawyers). Despite the privacy and anonymity tools that Tunnel 27 provides, some users of Tunnel 27 still provide contact information to websites, forums and discussions.
- Tunnel 27 runs a set of traffic relays that bounces packets to different servers before sending them to their destination just as any internet host does. Traffic appearing to come from the Tunnel 27 network may not be originating from the Tunnel 27 network.
- Tunnel 27 does not host or make available any content.
- We take complaints seriously, but please be aware that unless activity evidence clearly violates our Terms of Service we won’t disable any accounts.
- Below are the official ways to contact us for various issues. Emails, voice mails, etc that are sent elsewhere will not get the desired response.
