The Standard plan gives you access to Tunnel 27's network of servers around the globe. The Tunnel 27 client allows you to connect to a random Tunnel 27 server, browse through an encrypted tunnel and have all of your traffic mixed among traffic from other users of Tunnel 27.
To any website you visit, that website can only see the IP addresses of the Tunnel 27 network; your IP is never revealed. And because you're browsing through a secure encrypted tunnel, you bypass any potential blocking or monitoring between your computer and the Tunnel 27 network. We even offer a special connect option for those behind very strict firewalls with limited outgoing traffic conditions.

The Premium plan gives you all of the features of the Standard plan plus allows you connect to Tunnel 27's network of TOR servers. As explained by the TOR Wikipedia article:
Tor (The Onion Router) is a free software implementation of second-generation onion routing – a system enabling its users to communicate anonymously on the Internet.
TOR is an excellent technology used by Tunnel 27. TOR relays your traffic across hosts through virtual tunnels before being delivered to it's destination. Additionally, the virtual tunnels migrate across different hosts every 10 minutes or so. TOR can be slower to use, but the anonymity, security and privacy gains are great.
